Through both externally and internally funded research, QuinStar engineers are continuously redefining the MMIC state-of-the art by improving the power, efficiency, and reliability.

Recent accomplishments:

2016

  • Successfully completed a Phase I SBIR program to develop a 44 GHz SSPA with an output power of 45 W. Also awarded the Phase II for this program.
  • Successfully completed Phase I SBIR program to develop a V-band LNA. Also awarded the Phase II for this program.
