Use the form below to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

What is QuinStar’s return process?

The return process begins when you complete an RMA request.

If the item is covered under warranty, our sales department will issue an RMA number and shipping information. Issue a PO and return the products with the appropriate RMA number clearly marked on the package and packing slip or airway bill.

If a product is out of the 12-month warranty period, we will let you know how much our evaluation fee is for the product. The evaluation fee will be credited against any repair costs.
