QuinStar recently presented a paper on F-Band GaN Power Amplifiers at IMS 2018. Further, QuinStar is the first to report GaN power results above 100 GHz. Additionally, QuinStar reports the highest power level for any solid-state technology at this frequency. Read the paper here.
