QuinStar Redefines State-of-the-Art Power
QuinStar’s R&D team has recently achieved a new milestone for GaN power amplifiers operating above 100 GHz. Using multiple GaN MMIC chips in a combiner network, we have achieved an output power of 3 W at 114 GHz. These GaN-based power amplifiers will soon be available for commercial applications.
