QuinStar Wins R&D Contract for MMW Technology Innovation
QuinStar Technology, Inc. was recently awarded another SBIR contract. The $750,000 Phase II contract with the Department of Defense/Air Force Research Laboratory is for a low noise amplifier, operating at 71 – 76 GHz. The R&D goal for the integrated LNA is to produce a noise figure of 2 dB or better.
