Description
QuinStar’s QSC Coaxial PIN Switches provide fast switching with high isolation and low insertion loss over the full K and Ka frequency bands. Standard models are available in SPST and SPDT configurations and feature a compact package that incorporates the driver circuitry. We offer switches with multiple throws (up to SP8T) as custom products. Additionally, we offer several versions of these switches to suit a wide range of applications. Further, we offer SPST switches in reflective and non-reflective versions. All switches come with a choice of either a low insertion loss version or a high isolation version. These switches require TTL for the control signal.
Standard input/output RF ports are K-female connectors. The DC bias/control signal is via feedthrough pins. For high-speed versions, we provide a SMA connector for control signal.
Applications
These Coaxial PIN Switches are ideally suited for both pulse modulation and receiver protection in broadband systems that utilize coaxial components.
