Description
QuinStar’s QPM Passive Frequency Multipliers cover the output frequency range of 18 – 110 GHz. The design enhances either even or odd harmonics while suppressing the unwanted harmonics. QPM requires no external bias, which provides flexibility for system implementation. Standard units operate over the 0 to 50°C temperature range with a maximum input power of 22 dBm. Standard RF interfaces are SMA or K female coaxial for the input and waveguide for the output. We also offer other RF interface configurations.
QuinStar offers higher output power over narrower bandwidth. In addition to these passive frequency multipliers, QuinStar produces series QMM Active Frequency Multipliers over 18 – 110 GHz.
