QuinStar Wins R&D Contract for Q-Band Uplink SSPA
QuinStar Technology, Inc. was recently awarded a new SBIR contract. The $746,516 Phase II contract with the Department of Defense/Air Force Research Laboratory is for a solid-state power amplifier (SSPA), operating at 43.5 – 45.5 GHz. The R&D goal is to produce a high-efficiency 45-Watt SSPA.
