The Ka-band SSPA as shown in the figure is rated 200-Watt saturated RF output power for radar applications. This product is powered off a single 120/240 VAC source and is intended for rack mount installation. It includes a digital serial interface to enable remote command and control, and automated fault handling to protect the system from under-voltage and over-temperature. It is configured with built-in heatsink capable of dissipate heat for CW operation.
Also available upon request is an alternative configuration that is non-rack-mountable and without built-in thermal dissipation, thus having a smaller footprint and requiring an external cold plate to function properly.
