QuinStar’s QPP-94043335-00 is a GaAs-based W-Band Dual-Mode SSPA. It features high-efficiency performance in a compact (6.75”x 8.25”x3.5” with heatsink) housing and CW or variable pulsed operation. This SSPA uses advanced MMICs and discrete devices for state-of-the-art performance at 92 – 96 GHz. Additionally, the interface features WR-10 I/O and conduction cooling through the base plate. We designed this amplifier to operate at -10°C to 60°C. QPP-9404335-00 is available with or without a heatsink. It has a rise and fall time of 25 ns maximum and a duty cycle between 1 and 100%. Further, the dual-mode operation supports rigorous and dynamic testing protocols. In summary, the design and performance qualities of QPP-94043335-00 enable high-reliability radar transmissions and general test equipment.
